Licensing
A digital license gives you the right to create a digitized file of DVD program, and use it in certain ways, for a certain period of time. When the license expires, you must purchase a new license or destroy the digitized file.
Some institutions like to keep a digital version of all programs on their server so they can be streamed to any classroom or to any student with authorized access.
Yes. No one should be able to access and view the program without a password. Typically institutions use a Learning Management System, such as Blackboard, Moodle, or Desire2Learn.
All licenses purchased via our website are "single site" licenses. That means password-protected access may only be granted to students enrolled at a single building or institution, such as one high school or one college. Consortiums, school districts, and other institutions with multiple physical sites should contact us for discounted group pricing.
Once we receive your order, we will email you a License Agreement. You just need to fill in the contact information, sign it as an authorized representative of your institution, and return a copy to us. Then we will send you permission to digitize and stream the program.
Sure! Just contact us, and we'll work with you to provide a license to fit your situation.
