We offer a 15-day preview policy on all items.
To preview items, just add them to your shopping cart. When it comes time to checkout, select "15-Day Preview" as the payment option.
Then what happens?
Once you receive your order, please review them carefully for 15 days. Your preview period begins the day you receive the items ...and we don’t count vacation days or holidays. (It’s OK if you take a few extra days.) If you need a lot more time, please let us know. After previewing, you should do one of the following:
1) Pay for the items using the invoice we sent with your order. You get to keep some wonderful teaching materials and our small staff gets to keep paying their bills.
2) Return all items to us.
You don’t have to tell us why; we know your budget for audiovisuals was just reduced to $0.49 for the fiscal year. Of course, whether you decide to keep a program or not, we'd love to know what you thought of it.
If you return a product, DO be sure to include a copy of the invoice or packing list, or at least a sheet of paper with our invoice number scrawled on it. Please don’t make us play “guess who sent this box.” Although you pick up the return shipping costs, please make sure your ultra-efficient administrative office DOES NOT pay for the items you return. Returning a lot of money at the end of the year, after we've paid bills and hope to make more films, can be depressing.
Use UPS, FedEx, insured mail--or any trackable method--to return your items. Hang on to your shipping receipt just in case the package vanishes in transit. File it in that pile of stuff you plan to throw out next year. You don’t need a return number, or even to let us know its on the way. Just contact us if you haven't heard back in a couple of weeks, to make sure we actually received it.

3) Return some items to us and keep the rest.
Sound tricky? Not really. Return the items you don’t want, and we’ll immediately send you a revised invoice for just what you kept. See the section above for shipping info. Here’s the confusing part:
If your business office insists on issuing a new purchase order for only the items you kept, be SURE they mark the order “Do Not Duplicate”. If they don’t, we might think it’s a new order and send you another shipment. That’s a real hassle for everyone, especially you. In fact, we'd prefer NOT to receive confirming purchase orders.
What's the catch?
We think our policy is pretty fair, and all we ask is that you be fair to us too. We may not credit some returns if they are not in resalable condition due to wear and tear or because part of materials are missing. Please make sure to send back the tape or disc, along with the cover! Sometimes people forget to eject them from their players. Also, some facilities like to put lots of stickers on the items. Please wait to sticker the materials until AFTER you decide you're keeping them.
