Q. Who uses Learning Seed videos, software, PowerCourses, and posters? What age range are they for?
A. If you can read a daily newspaper, you can easily follow our videos, software, PowerCourses, and posters. Students from junior and senior high school right up through college--as well as adults--watch our videos, use our software and PowerCourses and learn from our educational posters. Most are used in school or other group settings. However, we offer a 15-day preview on our products because we think you will know best if they'll work for your class or group.

Q. How can I decide if a video is right for me?
A. Just tell us which title(s) you want to see and we'll send them to you for 15-day preview. Either return the programs or pay the invoice we send with them. There is no fee for this service. We send previews only to schools and organizations, not to individuals or businesses. See more details here.

Q. Where can I find an Educator's Guide or Teaching Guide?
A. All Learning Seed videos include a free, downloadable Educator's Guide with lesson plans and additional resources. You can find the Educator's Guide download link on the product page for each video. Look for the green box that says "Free Resource" - click the Educator's Guide link, and voilà! If you have problems locating a guide, please contact us. We'd be happy to email it directly to you!

Q. Do you offer any discounts? What will my shipping total be?
A. Frequently we discount prices for purchases of sets and series. We accept most standard forms of payment including purchase orders from established, reputable institutions. In the continental US, shipping and handling costs are "$5 or 5%" -- that $5 for orders up to $99.99 and 5% on orders of $100 and more. Details on shipping costs are available here.

Q. What comes with each video?
A. Each video is a thoroughly professional program featuring talented actors and actresses (you might recognize some from television or commercials), shot and edited with state-of-the-art video equipment. Each video includes an Educator's Guide filled with lesson plans and additional resources.

Q. Do you offer any guarantees?
A. Yes. If you decide the program isn't right for you just tell us (up to one year after purchase), we will accept the program back for a refund or exchange.

Q. Our tape won't play anymore!
A. We will replace any damaged or lost program at no charge, if we've still got it in stock. Just call and ask. Yes, even if a videotape breaks after five years of heavy use we will replace it at no charge if we still have it in stock. We also offer a 50% discount to upgrade your Learning Seed VHS tapes to DVDs (same program, same copyright).

Q. Do you offer any public performance rights?
A. Public performance rights are included with all videos. Digital Rights and Broadcast Rights are available for most titles at an additional cost.
