Q. Who uses Learning Seed materials? What age range are they made for?
A. All our materials are aimed at people who can read a newspaper. Students from junior and senior high school right up through college and even adults learn from our videos. Most are used in school or other group settings. We don't put age ranges on our items: we think you, not us, will know best if they'll work for your class or group. That's why we offer our 30-day preview.

Q. How can I decide if a video is right for me?
A. Just tell us which title(s) you want to see and we'll send them to you for 30-day preview. After preview, either return the programs or pay the invoice we send with them. There is no fee for this service. We send previews only to schools and organizations, not to individuals or businesses. See more details here.

Q. How much do they cost?
A. Most of our videos sell for $89 or $99. Our PowerCourses sell for $49, and our posters sell for $19. We accept most standard forms of payment including purchase orders from reputable institutions. In the continental US, shipping and handling costs are $6 for the first item and $2 for each additional item. More details on shipping costs are available here.

Q. What comes with each video?
A. Each video is a thoroughly professional program featuring talented actors and actresses (you might recognize some from television or commercials), shot and edited with state-of-the-art video equipment. Each video includes a teaching guide (8-30 pages) filled with ideas on how to use the video, classroom tips, and additional background. Many of our Teaching Guides are now available online.

Q. Do you offer any guarantees?
A. Yes. If you decide the program isn't right for you just tell us (even one year after your purchase) and we will accept the program back for a full refund or exchange.

Q. Our tape won't play anymore!
A. We will replace any damaged or lost program at no charge, if we've got it in stock. Just call and ask. Yes, even if a videotape breaks after five years of heavy use we will replace it at no charge.

Q. Do you offer any public performance rights?
A. Public performance rights are included with all videos.
